How we are regulated

The Helpful Helpdesk™ is in the process of becoming a CIC. The way we trade with other organisations and individuals will be subject to regulation. This section will explain what we will do and expect from you in return.

Do I need to agree to your terms and conditions?

If you are required to agree to our terms and conditions you will be asked to do so when accessing the service.

When will this section be complete?

After the company formation is complete and the the company structure is agreed we shall publish more in this section.

We have recently moved to new servers and are having to rebuild the forum. It shouldn't take too long and when it reopens we will send you an email if you are subcribed to our list.
